As a Store Manager in a dynamic team, you're stepping into more than just a leadership position – you play a pivotal role in shaping the experiences of your team and the customers you serve. Responsibilities
* Provide the highest levels of customer service by coaching and guiding store teams to ensure every interaction delivers an excellent customer experience.
* Lead the store’s success by ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.
* Care for our colleagues by creating a safe environment, enforcing all policies and procedures, and working shoulder‑to‑shoulder to inspire the team.
* Develop people, whether through upward growth, internal opportunities, or enhancing their current roles.
* Guide a passionate team that understands how their contributions support the store’s commercial objectives.
* Take a strategic approach to sales, shrink, and service, ensuring the store operates smoothly, efficiently, and profitably.
Qualifications
* At least one year of experience in a supervisory or management role, including team leadership and performance management.
* Confidence in managing store operations, including stock control, cash handling, and maintaining store standards.
* Experience driving store performance by leading a team to achieve key KPIs (sales targets, waste reduction, customer service scores) and using sales data to improve results and manage budgets for maximum profitability.
* Right to work in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
