Teaching Personnel are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Supply Secondary Teachers to join our pool and cover lessons across a range of mainstream secondary schools in Bristol. Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the school’s curriculum and lesson plans.
* Manage classroom behaviour to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
* Adapt quickly to different school settings and follow the host school’s policies and procedures.
* Support student learning and progress, providing assistance as needed.
* Communicate clearly and professionally with students, staff, and, where appropriate, parents.
* Complete any required administrative tasks, including attendance and marking.
* Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
* Be punctual, reliable, and flexible to meet the needs of the schools.
What we’re looking for:
* Qualified secondary school teacher with QTS or equivalent.
* Experience teaching in secondary school settings.
* Ability to manage classrooms effectively and engage students.
* Adaptable, reliable, and professional approach.
* Willingness to travel to different schools in the local area.
