Your Role
* Deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS
* Support children's communication and language, physical development, and personal, social and emotional growth
* Observe and record children's progress, contributing to learning journeys
* Promote inclusive practice, safeguarding, and positive behaviour
* Work collaboratively with staff and families to create a nurturing environment
What We're Looking For
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education
* Experience working with children aged 0-5
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
* Adaptable, enthusiastic, and confident in new environments
* A genuine passion for supporting early learning and development
