About us
The Access to Resources Team (ART) at Lancashire County Council (LCC) sits within Policy, Commissioning & Children's Health and its purpose is to source the best value placements for Lancashire's children in care; managing the provider market to meet need and providing quality data/analysis to identify trends and gaps in provision. The team is central to finding fostering, residential and supported accommodation/Independent living placements.
Responsibilities
* Provide direct business support for the Access to Resources team, working closely with colleagues and managers in a highly sensitive environment in the delivery of services relating to children and young people within the wider brokerage function for the purpose of family and home finding.
* Maintain, update and extract information from systems including Liquid Logic (LCS) and Excel spreadsheets.
* Support with the collection and collation of information relevant to the service area and interpret and analyse where appropriate.
* Work in accordance with Access to Resources Team functions.

Working arrangements
We currently operate a hybrid working model, with a minimum of 40% of contracted hours based in the office. You will need a suitable home working environment and reliable broadband.
