Job Title: Activities Co-ordinator
Join HC-One as an Activities Co-ordinator, where kindness is at the heart of everything we do. We focus on providing exceptional care in our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes, recognizing that our Residents are individuals with unique stories.
Your role will involve planning and implementing engaging activities that delight our Residents, assisting the Home Manager with fundraising events, and encouraging social confidence among Residents. You'll bring positivity, excellent planning and organizational skills, and a considerate approach to all interactions.
We seek candidates with experience working with vulnerable individuals and developing activity programs. Strong communication, IT skills, and the ability to manage your time effectively are essential. A commitment to safeguarding and the ability to recognize and report concerns are also required.
