We are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie - Pastry to join our growing team at Grosvenor House Suites!
As a Demi Chef de Partie - Pastry, you will work alongside a CDP - Pastry as well as a brigadeof 13 chefs to achieve the highest standards of food preparationand guest satisfaction. You will have a passion for all things food with an eagerness to learn in a 5* hotel environment.
Your main duties include:
Organising and setting up your assigned section of the kitchen
Preparing food efficiently to minimise waste and overall costs
Ensure a clean working space that meets clear hygienestandards
To ensure that all dishes are prepared consistently and according to our standard recipes
To always control the quality of the products you use to ensure consistent freshness and quality for our guests
This is a full time, 40 hour contract. About us

About you
5 Star Hotel experience is advantageous
Pastry experience at DCDP level
Experience working in a fast pacedenvironment
Basic Food Hygiene qualification
NVQL2 food preparation or equivalent
Friendly, approachable, and willingness to learn
