We are working with a unique non-profit organisation to support the recruitment of their Care Trainer on a full-time, permanent basis.
This role involves travelling to deliver face-to-face training.
You must have a full, clean licence & access to your own car.
Key Responsibilities for the Care Trainer:
1. Working closely with the Learning and Development Manager to deliver training both in person and virtually via webinars.
2. Delivering training on manual handling, use of hoists, etc.
3. Supporting the development and delivery of creative and engaging Learning and Development training programmes.
4. Providing cover to regional trainers as required.
5. Evaluating and modifying the quality of existing internal and external training.
6. Actively engaging with and promoting good working relationships within the organisation.
Key Skills for the Learning and Development Trainer:
1. Must have experience within a Health & Social care setting - applications without this experience will not be considered.
2. Experience delivering engaging training.
3. Confident and approachable manner.
4. Full, clean driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle due to travel requirements.
