£40,000 – £50,000+ plus bonus and free parking
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join a Legal 500 ranked Dispute Resolution team based in Telford. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor up to 3 years’ PQE looking to build a long-term career specialising in property litigation within a highly regarded and supportive team.
The Role
You will handle a varied and high-quality caseload of property litigation matters, including:
* Adverse possession and boundary disputes
* Rights of way, nuisance claims, and restrictive covenant issues
* Landlord and tenant disputes
* Enforcement of charging orders and other interests over land
You will work closely with experienced colleagues, gaining exposure to complex matters while developing your technical expertise and client management skills.
What We Are Looking For
* Newly qualified solicitor up to 3 years’ PQE
* Interest in property litigation or dispute resolution
* Strong communication and client care skills
* A proactive and collaborative approach
* Desire to build a long-term career within a reputable team
