Your Role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant:
🔹 Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects.
🔹 Work with small groups and individual students to provide targeted academic support.
🔹 Assist with lesson planning, classroom activities, and exam preparation.
🔹 Support students with SEN and additional learning needs, helping them develop confidence and skills.

Who We’re Looking For:
✅ A recent graduate (degree in English, Maths, Science, Humanities, or a related field preferred).
✅ A passion for education and supporting young people.
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
✅ A patient, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to learning and development.
✅ Some experience working with students (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) is desirable.
✅ An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
