Senior Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £54,000 - £56,000

We're working with a well-established manufacturer based in Reading. They're now looking to bring on a Senior Maintenance Engineer to lead the team and set the benchmark for quality and performance. You'll be taking charge of both mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring the highest standards of maintenance.
In this role, you'll lead by example, mentor junior engineers, and drive the team's performance through a combination of proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and engineering improvement projects.
Skills required for the Senior Maintenance Engineer:
* Either mechanical or electrical background
* Must have a minimum Level 3 in engineering
* Proven Experience in Maintenance Engineering
* Advanced Problem-Solving Ability
* Expert in Planned & Reactive Maintenance
* Familiarity with automated systems, PLCs, control panels
