What you'll be doing
As our Digital Learning Manager, you'll own the end-to-end lifecycle of digital learning products, treating learning as a product, not a programme. You'll design and continuously improve the digital experience across our platforms, pathways and content, ensuring learning is simple, personalised and impactful at every touchpoint.
You'll work with a team of two Learning Design Specialists, leading the way in new approaches such as AI-enabled learning, immersive tech, behavioural science and experience-led design. You'll bring a progressive mindset, challenging the status quo and exploring what “great” looks like for the future of capability development.
This is a hybrid/remote role, but we're looking for someone who is keen to connect regularly with the business, build strong relationships across our diverse learner groups and champion modern learning that works for frontline teams right through to senior execs.
Responsibilities
Define and communicate a clear digital learning product vision aligned to business and workforce strategy.
Ensure consistency, quality, and seamless experience across platforms, learning journeys and pathways.
Apply user-centred design, UX and learning science principles to create engaging, friction-free digital learning.
Curate content across academies, skill pathways, onboarding, and leadership development.
Own our digital learning platforms (LMS/LXP) and end-to-end learning product experience.
Use experience data, engagement, feedback, drop-off and behavioural insight to drive continuous improvement.
Build and maintain a product roadmap, prioritising based on impact, value, and user need.
Define success metrics beyond completion (e.g., capability uplift, application, and performance impact)
Drive adoption and engagement through effective communication and change thinking.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of two Learning Design Specialists
Interested? Here's what you'll need to be successful.
Experience in digital learning, product experience, learning experience design or similar roles.
Naturally, tech-savvy, and curious, comfortable with AI, LXP platforms, gamification, immersive tech, and data-driven insights
Experience working in product-led or agile environments.
Strong UX, service design or behavioural design knowledge
Commercial mindset - understands value, cost, and ROI.
Confident working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Ability to design for varied learner groups and deliver solutions embedded into the flow of work.
Excellent stakeholder management skills and comfortable influencing at all levels
A relevant qualification in instructional design, eLearning, project management or equivalent industry experience
