Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Registered Building Inspector located in Bradford. The Registered Building Inspector will be responsible for conducting building and site inspections, ensuring code enforcement, and performing plumbing inspections. Day‑to‑day tasks include reviewing construction plans, assessing buildings for compliance with regulations, and generating detailed inspection reports. The role involves working closely with construction teams and authorities to ensure safety and compliance standards are met.
Qualifications
* Experience in Building Inspections and Site Inspections
* Knowledge of Code Enforcement
* Proficiency in Plumbing and inspection of plumbing systems in the context of building inspections
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and document issues
* Excellent communication skills for interacting with construction teams and authorities
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
* Relevant certification or licensing as a Building Inspector is preferred
