Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Compliance Housing Officer to join our team. This role will be responsible for delivering high-quality housing services and ensuring property compliance across our sites.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results. They will also have experience in the housing sector, particularly in regulated environments.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing onboarding and tenancy processes
* Coordinating repairs and compliance checks
* Monitoring housing regulations and safety standards
* Conducting inspections and audits
* Delivering excellent customer service

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Experience in the housing sector, particularly in regulated environments
* Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results
* Proficiency in digital tools (e.g. Microsoft Office 365)
Certification or qualification in compliance, health & safety, or a related field is desirable. A full driving license and access to a vehicle for travel across service sites are required.
