We’re looking for a passionate customer service professional to complement our established team based within our Lettings Centre in Gateshead. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide property management and tenancy administration support services to branches, landlords and tenants.
We are looking for an outgoing, confident and driven person who will take charge of a portfolio and push for the best possible outcomes for our customers.

Duties of a Customer Service Advisor:
13. Consult with contractors to ensure repair/maintenance works, safety inspections are carried out
14. Ensure routine and additional property visits and checks are carried out
15. Where possible and financially viable for the client, to claim for repair/maintenance work under insurance
16. Ensure that the relevant payments are instructed promptly and properly regarding contractors, deposits, and landlord bills
Skills and experience of a Customer Service Advisor:
17. Outstanding Customer Service skills
18. Detail oriented, organised and solid administration skills
19. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
20. IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
