You’ll deliver engaging technical training—both onsite and remote—and continuously enhance our training materials, labs, and documentation. You’ll also take the lead on professional services activities, from commissioning and upgrades to migrations and system optimisation. Acting as a trusted technical expert, you’ll guide customers through complex deployments, support escalations, and deliver valuable knowledge‑transfer sessions. Working closely with Sales, Engineering, and Technical Support, you’ll help drive product adoption and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
