1. Liaise with engineers and provide administrative support.
2. Coordinate with the yard team regarding stock control.
3. Use Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, and Excel effectively.
4. Work safely and adhere to the company’s Health & Safety policies and procedures.
5. Welcome and assist visitors, customers, and drivers in a courteous and professional manner.
6. Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
7. Collaborate with Sales Representatives to resolve customer queries.
8. Process customer orders, identify shortfalls, and arrange stock transfers as needed.
9. Accurately update equipment records on the branch stock system.
