The Role
As a Senior Associate in Private Client, you will:
Advise on complex wills and estate planning matters for high-net-worth individuals and business owners.
Create and administer trusts, ensuring robust succession planning and asset protection.
Manage probate and estate administration, including high-value and taxable estates.
Prepare and advise on Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Deliver strategic guidance on asset protection, inheritance tax mitigation, and wealth structuring.
Play an integral part in the growth and future direction of the department, working towards a leadership role.What We’re Looking For✅ 6+ years’ PQE in Private Client work.
✅ Strong technical expertise in wills, probate, trusts, and LPAs.
✅ A STEP qualification (or working towards).
✅ Excellent drafting skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
✅ Commercial awareness and confidence handling complex matters for high-net-worth clients.
✅ The ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and professional advisers alike.
✅ A strategic thinker with the drive to develop the department and contribute fresh ideas.
