Job Description
We're looking for an experienced FP&A Director to join our clients global finance team on a fixed-term basis for a period of 12 months. This is a senior leadership role, responsible for delivering high-quality financial planning, analysis, and insight to support strategic decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the global budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting processes
* Provide clear, data-driven financial insights to senior stakeholders
* Develop and maintain financial models, KPIs, and dashboards
* Support long-term strategic planning and scenario analysis
* Oversee financial governance, risk management, and process improvement
* Manage and mentor a team of six FP&A and reporting professionals
* Drive financial literacy initiatives across the business
What We're Looking For:
* Significant experience in a senior leadership FP&A role
* Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
* Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
* Confident communicator with experience working with senior stakeholders
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
* Experience in professional services is beneficial
Location
Bath - 3/4 days a week onsite
This role is part of the finance leadership team and will work closely with colleagues across multiple regions and disciplines.
