We have an exciting new opportunity within our Basildon-based office for an Office Junior to support our team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
Distributing incoming post
Sending clients copies of their paperwork
Greeting visitors and arranging refreshments
Booking works for engineers
Raising purchase orders
Assisting with any other ad-hoc tasks as required by management
Experience & Training
Around 6 months of office experience is preferred, however this role would also suit the right candidate who is keen to learn. Full basic training will be provided.

The position has become available due to the successful progression of the previous employee in this role.
