Maintenance Handyperson Holiday Village
About the Role Were looking for a friendly and reliable Maintenance Handyperson to help look after our park and facilities. Youll be part of a small team responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of the site, helping to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for our owners and guests.
What Youll Be Doing Carrying out general maintenance and grounds work across the park
Helping to maintain buildings, holiday homes, public areas, fencing, and grounds
Delivering gas when required, following company procedures
Spotting and reporting maintenance issues such as leaks, damaged paths, or safety concerns
Carrying out minor repairs, drain-downs, siting support, and basic grass cutting
Using maintenance and grounds equipment, including ride-on mowers and strimmers
Helping to enforce site rules in a polite and professional way
Assisting guests and owners with enquiries and reporting any issues or complaints
Checking site systems such as the borehole and reed bed (where applicable)
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Completing any other reasonable tasks as requested by management
What Were Looking For Some experience in maintenance or grounds work
Confidence using tools and grounds equipment
A positive, friendly attitude and good people skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
Reliable, flexible, and willing to learn
Good timekeeping and attendance
What Youll Need The right to work in the UK
A full UK driving licence (Category C is a bonus)
Previous maintenance or grounds experience is helpful, but not essential
