This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with pupils who require tailored emotional support to thrive both academically and personally.Key Responsibilities
* Deliver targeted emotional literacy interventions to individuals and small groups
* Support pupils in developing self-esteem, emotional regulation, and social skills
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and external professionals
* Monitor and evaluate progress, maintaining accurate records of interventions
* Contribute to a nurturing and inclusive school environment
What you'll need to succeed
* Teaching Assistant qualification desirable
* Experience working with children or young people, ideally within an SEMH or SEN setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A calm, patient and flexible approach
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
