Role: Service Support Coordinator
Location: Calne Office-based
Salary: £28,000pa - £34,000pa depending on experience
Type: Full-time, Permanent

As a Service Support Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role within the team: You will be responsible for coordinating the schedules of a team of engineers using in-house software, managing appointments, handling customer communication via phone and email, and overseeing invoicing and finance-related admin whilst ensuring that customers receive swift communication and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate engineer diaries for routine maintenance, urgent callouts, and breakdowns
Manage incoming service requests, ensuring quick turnaround and excellent customer experience
Maintain accurate job records through dedicated software
Generate and send invoices promptly after work completion
Collaborate with stores and procurement to ensure parts are available when needed
Oversee the out-of-hours service rota and ensure prompt response to urgent calls
Liaise with internal departments to provide updates on job status and customer needs
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and stakeholders at all levelsSkills and Experience:

Strong administrative background, ideally within a technical or service-led environment
Highly organised and proactive, with excellent time management skills
A confident communicator, both over the phone and via email
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Able to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Committed to accuracy, with a high level of attention to detail
Customer-focused mindset and able to build strong working relationships

This position is fully office based.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 8.00 am - 5.00 pm
