Trading Assistant
The successful candidate will work closely with the front office team on all trading support functions, acting as a key point of contact internally (for settlements and sales teams) and externally (clients). The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to multitask and enjoy a fast-paced, high performing environment. This role has opportunity to progress into a front office role in the future.
Key responsibilities
* Managing all post trade activity (internal & external).
* Responding to and managing client credit requests.
* Providing administrative support to the Dealing team.
* Liaising with the Compliance teams through onboarding process for investment managers.
* Dealing with smaller trade requests.
Skills & Experience Required
* Strong communication skills.
* Experience working with internal and external stakeholders, including management level colleagues, and building strong and lasting relationships.
* Ability to organise and prioritise your own work, and go above and beyond to help the business continuously improve.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to deliver under time pressure.
* High attention to detail.
