Overview
Senior Software Engineer, 3 month contract, Manchester - 1 day per week, SC Eligible.
Responsibilities
* Full stack engineer leaning towards backend
* Most of the engineering work is Java and Spring boot
* Microservices deployed via docker containers.
* The front-end work is relatively minimal - using NunJucks and JavaScript, adhering to the GDS design guides
* Aiming for really strong Java engineers who have enough experience of JavaScript and Node to handle straightforward construction of web frontends using the tooling described above.
