Your Role:
* Support teachers in delivering personalised learning plans.
* Provide 1:1 and small group interventions.
* Encourage positive behaviour and emotional development.

* Track progress and liaise with staff, parents, and professionals.
What You Need:
* Experience as a SEND Teaching Assistant or similar role.
* A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs.
* Great communication and teamwork skills.
* Relevant qualifications or training (desirable but not essential).
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
