The Car Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process to ensure a satisfying purchase experience. Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
* Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling and networking to generate leads.
* Utilize CRM software to manage the sales pipeline and track customer interactions.
* Engage in high-end sales negotiations to close deals effectively.
* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs.
* Manage inventory control and assist in inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to promote dealership events and special offers.
* Upsell additional products or services that enhance the customer's purchase experience.
* Participate in public speaking engagements or presentations as needed to promote dealership offerings.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experiences:
* Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the automobile or retail industry.
* Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
* Familiarity with B2B sales processes is advantageous.
* Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
* Experience with CRM software for managing customer relationships effectively.
* Knowledge of retail math and organizational skills for effective inventory management.
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for engaging customers professionally.
