Your role in the blend
This is a high-impact role at the heart of the business, partnering directly with Sales to drive profitable growth, pricing, and performance.
In this role you will
* Partner with commercial teams to drive margin and profitability
* Lead financial analysis on tenders, pricing & new business
* Steer forecasting, planning & performance tracking
* Identify risks & opportunities and turn insights into action
* Collaborate cross-functionally to improve end-to-end performance
Your key ingredients
We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, optimizing processes, and driving business growth. You navigate transformation and change with ease, demonstrating adaptability, resilience and a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving. You are results-oriented, showing persistence in execution while maintaining high integrity. At the same time, you are self-driven and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
To succeed in this role
* 5+ years in commercial finance or/and business controlling
* Strong analytical mindset and business acumen
* Proactive, hands‑on, and confident in challenging stakeholders
* Experience with ERP / Power BI / Excel
* Fluent in English
