We are a rapidly growing digital vending retailer supplying essential non-food and F&B items to hotels and hospitals across the UK and Europe. Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a motivated and ambitious Operations Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a small but extremely busy warehouse
Managing stock levels
Support logistics and operational optimisation
Purchasing stock
Scheduling driver deliveries
Taking in stock
Assisting with site surveys
Maintain weekly sales reports and trackers
Other:
* Contribute to marketing strategy development
* Manage and develop relationships with existing customers
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and markets
* Actively prospect new locations and contacts
* Develop marketing and promotional materials
* Source products, including overseas suppliers (China)

Essential Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience operations experience in a digital retail or vending environment ideally within the hotel, NHS hospital, or hospitality sectors
* Computer literate
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication and influencing skills
* Proactive, positive, and adaptable approach
* Own car and full UK driving licence
Desirable:
* Familiarity with Xero accounting software
* Ability to support team development
