Responsibilities of the Group Head of Health and Safety will include:
1. Leading the group Health and Safety strategy across all sites, setting clear standards and supporting site managers and general managers.
2. Driving a consistent safety culture, improving behaviours and making sure each site follows the same way of working.
3. Giving confident guidance to senior leaders and the board, using data and insight to show risk, performance and priorities.
