? We're Hiring: Packaging Operator (Level 3) – Fixed-Term Contract ?
Are you an experienced packaging professional looking to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking a Packaging Operator Level 3 to join a dynamic production team at a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Hatfield.
What You’ll Do:
* Operate high-speed packaging lines and ensure product quality through effective controls and testing.
* Set up, clean, and maintain production equipment to meet calibration and functionality standards.
* Complete batch documentation and SAP transactions accurately.
* Support installation, qualification, and validation of new equipment.
* Train others in systems, procedures, and techniques.
* Promote and uphold health and safety standards.
* Participate in audits, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:

* Excellent communication and attention to detail.
* Experience in GMP-regulated environments and packaging operations.
