Responsibilities: 1. Recruiting & Retention Officer: Act as the focal point for Recruiting policy and activity, supervising, and supporting Regt and Sub-Unit recruiting efforts and to Co-ordinate RRMT activities in the absence of OC RRMT. Lead for all Assurance carried by the Army Reserve Recruiting Assurance team. Advise the unit on LODA3 inspections by Ofsted 2. D&I Officer: Advise the CO on matters relating to Diversity & Inclusion (D&I). 3. Unit Welfare Officer: support of Unit and deployed personnel & oversee unit Welfare policy. 4. Unit Employer Engagement Officer including liaison with liaison with DRM (Defence Relationship management). 5. Oversee the administrative support to Mobilisation, Deployment, Decompression and Demobilisation of Individual Augmentees/Reinforcements. 6. Foster and maintain close tangible relationships with local/regional healthcare providers/employers. 7. Advise CO, Sqn OCs/OC RRMT on RRMT activities. 8. Production and implementation of the Unit Retention Plan including the management of monthly personnel case conferences. 9.
