Fixed Term Administrator (1-Year Maternity Cover) – Dunfermline Location: Dunfermline Contract: Fixed Term (12 months – Maternity Cover) Are you an experienced Administrator seeking your next opportunity in the Dunfermline area? We are delighted to be partnering with a well-established, family-owned house builder as they look to strengthen their administration team. This is a key role supporting both the HR and Construction Management teams on a fixed-term contract for 12 months to cover maternity leave. This is not your average admin role — you will be at the heart of coordinating vital training and onboarding activities across the business, helping to ensure that all staff are trained, compliant, and ready to contribute to the company’s continued success. Key Responsibilities: Training Coordination: Manage all training administration — particularly site mandatory and renewal training. Liaise with Managers and employees to schedule training, ensuring 100% attendance. Source and book training courses with approved providers, achieving best value for money. Admin & Compliance: Keep the training matrix and internal systems fully updated. Ensure all documentation and records are accurate and compliant. Onboarding & Inductions: Organise and deliver inductions for all new employees and apprentices. Manage the completion of new starter paperwork and compliance checks. Track probationary reviews and ensure documentation is completed on time. Apprenticeship Support: Liaise with colleges and apprentices to manage academic and admin requirements. Coordinate apprentice onboarding and annual training cycles. What We’re Looking For: Strong administrative background, ideally with experience in HR or training admin. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Confident communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships. Other Requirements: Full UK driving licence and access to own transport (essential due to location and occasional travel needs). Think this could be the role for you?
