Are you an experienced Food and Beverage Manager ready to take ownership of a busy hospitality operation? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established venue in Poole, where you’ll oversee restaurant, bar and events operations while developing your career within a supportive business.

Responsibilities
* Lead restaurant, bar and event service operations
* Manage bookings, stock control, cashing up and company procedures
* Ensure all functions are delivered to agreed standards
* Act as the key contact for customers, clients and event organisers
* Handle complaints professionally and resolve issues quickly
* Support team training, compliance and daily operational standards
* Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, safety and service
Requirements
* Previous hospitality management experience across restaurant and events
* Strong team leadership and training ability
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* Knowledge of food safety, licensing and compliance procedures
* A hands-on approach with strong customer service skills
* The ability to manage busy operations calmly and effectively
