HR Advisor - c£30,000 - Glossop - 12 month fixed term contract We are working with a growing business to bring a HR Advisor into the team to provide support and bolster the existing team during a busy time. This would suit a HR Administrator or Assistant who is looking to step up and develop their HR experience in a fast paced and supportive environment. Joining a small team in a busy environment, this is very much an 'all hands on deck' kind of role. You'll ensure the foundations of what makes the HR team tick are robust and fit for purpose as the business evolves. You will own the employee lifecycle admin processes that underpin the function, aswell as making recommendations to improve processes and ways of working, driving continuous improvement and service excellence. You will support the wider HR team from a HR generalist perspective aswell as getting involved in projects relating to Talent Development and Acquisition. Where appropriate you will also advise and guide line managers in any ER queries that may crop up, with support and guidance from the wider team. Ideally we are seeking someone with some solid foundational experience in HR who is passionate about providing a great service to the business. You will be keen to support the development of the HR function, while also gaining experience and exposure to interesting and diverse HR projects. You must have a great understanding of basic HR processes and Employment Law. This role is being offered on a 12 month fixed term basis, with a salary of c£30,000.
