Our Sales Executives really are at the heart of ensuring that we deliver first-class customer experiences to every customer that visits one of our dealerships.
Joining us as a Sales Executive means you will be the key point of contact for our customers during this exciting experience of buying their car, so it's crucial you get the service right the first time and every time.
About The Role
BMW Warwick has an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from some form of customer service or sales background.
As a Sytner Sales Executive, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs on their journey to buying a new car.
Sytner Sales Executives work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends, to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
Key Responsibilities
* Communicate with customers to support and understand their needs throughout the car buying journey.
* Act as the key point of contact during the car purchase, ensuring exceptional service.
* Work flexible patterns, including weekends, to provide high levels of service.
* Achieve sales targets and an OTE of up to £50,000.
About You
* Good interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
* A full and valid UK driving licence.
* Customer service experience within a retail environment (minimum requirement).
* May be asked to attend an assessment centre.
