The Role Deliver thorough, high-quality eye examinations Use OCT and other diagnostics confidently in practice Take time to build rapport and understand patient needs Provide tailored clinical advice and management plans Work collaboratively within a supportive independent team Maintain consistently high clinical standards in a relaxed environment Working Pattern Monday-Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm (alternate Saturdays) Closed Sundays and Bank Holidays - no expectation to work them This is a structured, predictable rota designed to support genuine work-life balance.
