Experienced Primary Teaching Assistant - General Classroom Support**
Aspire People are currently recruiting an **experienced Primary Teaching Assistant** to support within a well-established primary school. This role is ideal for someone who has **recent experience working in a UK primary school** and is confident supporting across the curriculum.
**The Role:**
* Supporting the class teacher across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
* Delivering small-group interventions in Maths and English
* Providing targeted support to pupils of mixed abilities
* Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
* Supporting behaviour management and maintaining a positive learning environment
* Monitoring pupil progress and feeding back to the teacher
**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Must have **recent UK primary school experience (within the last 2 years)**
* Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
* Confident supporting phonics, reading, writing, and numeracy
* Proactive, reliable, and able to use initiative
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
