The vacancy About the role Contract: Permanent Hours: 37.5 hours per week Location: Wolverhampton We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented utilities analyst to support the efficient management of energy and water across our property portfolio. This role offers the chance to contribute directly to sustainability goals, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver value for money throughout the organisation. As a utilities analyst, you will monitor and analyse utility consumption, support procurement and contract management, and coordinate projects to improve energy and water use. Collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and external consultants will be key to ensuring regulatory compliance and advancing carbon reduction initiatives.
