We provide outstanding general dentistry, Implants ,sedation Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, and advanced skin and facial aesthetic treatments. Our mission is to create life-changing smiles and experiences — and we're now looking for a Marketing Manager to help us share that story and grow our patient community.
The Role: As Marketing Manager, you will lead marketing across all three practices. This is a hands-on, creative and strategic role with a mix of digital, content, and community marketing.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
* Manage and oversee all marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
* Utilise SEO best practices to optimise website content and improve search engine rankings.
* Create compelling copy for various channels including email marketing, social media, and website content.
* Oversee social media management, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms.
* Manage Google Ads campaigns to maximise ROI on advertising spend.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project management from conception to execution.
* Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel to inform future strategies.
* Lead the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative environment.
Skills
* Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
* Proficiency in SEO techniques and digital marketing tools including Google Ads and Google Analytics.

Digital & Website
* Manage and update websites, blogs, and landing pages
* Improve SEO rankings, track performance, and report monthly
* Social Media & Content
* Run social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok)
* Create and post engaging content: blogs, reels, newsletters, and patient stories
* Gather testimonials, reviews, and success stories and share across platforms
* CRM & Patient Marketing
* Manage CRM campaigns, email marketing, and recall reminders
* Create new-patient welcome journeys and nurture campaigns
* Report on engagement and ROI of all campaigns
* Practice & Community Marketing
* Manage marketing across all practices as well as create business to business collaborations in Andover and Edgware.
* Organise open days, launch events, and local business/community outreach
* Liaise with the team to promote campaigns such as Invisalign Weeks, Whitening offers, Skin Clinic launches
* Reporting & Strategy
* Provide monthly reports on website, social media, and CRM activity
* Track patient source data and ROI on marketing spend
* Suggest and implement strategies for continuous improvemen
* Team Training
* Train staff on customer service, new campaigns, and social media activity
* Work closely with Treatment Coordinators and clinical team to align marketing with patient care
About You: We'd love to hear from you if you are:
* Experienced (3+ years) in marketing — healthcare, aesthetics, or wellness preferred
* Skilled in digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM, Canva/Adobe)
* A strong communicator and storyteller — both written and visual

* Creative, proactive, and full of fresh ideas to attract and engage patients
