No Experience? No Problem!
Don’t worry if you’ve never driven a bus before! We’ll be with you every step of the way. With the support of our experienced team and the Arriva Training School, you’ll receive full CPC training and have all the tools you need to get behind the wheel in no time. Plus, you’ll start earning an hourly rate of £12.75 for the first 12 months, which rises to £15.00 after that. We offer full-time opportunities with the potential for overtime if you’re looking to take on additional hours.

Pay Rates:
* Trainee Drivers: £12.75 per hour (first 3 weeks)
o Post-training (Trainees):
+ Monday to Saturday: £12.75/hr (rising to £15.00 after 12 months)
+ Sunday & Bank Holidays: £18.70/hr (rising to £22.00 after 12 months)
About You:
While you don’t need prior bus driving experience, we do have a few requirements:
* Must be over 18 years old
* At least 12 months of driving experience
* No more than 6 points on your driving licence
