TheRole:
ThisisagreatroleforaHRAdministratorworkingwithinaFinancialServicesenvironment.
TheHRAdministratorwillhavesomeHRexperience,andwhilstthisdoesnthavetobefromFinancialServicessetting,theindividualmusthaveapassiontoworkwithintheindustry.TheHRAdministratorwillassistwiththeadministrationofthefullemployeelifecycle,assistwithrecordkeepingandprovidefullcomprehensivesupporttotheHRteam&widerbusiness.
TheHRAdministratorwillsupporttherecruitmentprocessbyhelpingtocoordinateinterviewsliaisingwithHiringManagersandexternalparties.
TheHRAdministratorwillassistwiththeonboardingofnewstarterswhichmayincludethecreationofstarterpacks,assistingwithnewstarterinductions,processreferencesandensurestaffrecordsareuptodateforbothnewandexistingstaff,maintainingtheHRdatabase.
TheHRAdministratorwillberesponsibleformanagingtheHRinboxrespondingtoqueriesefficientlyandproactively,andwillassistwithproductionofreportsfromtheHRsystemasandwhenrequiredandwillassistwithallrecordkeepingrelatingtoCISIandemployeecertification.
TheHRAdministratorwillsupporttheemployeebenefitsprocesswhichmayincludeupdatingandcheckingpayrollrelatedinformationandmaintainingbenefitsmembershiplists.
TheCandidate:
Atleast 1 year experienceworkingwithinaHRsettingorasa HRadministrator.
DesiretoworkwithintheFinancialServicesenvironmentandanunderstandingofaregulatoryenvironment.
ExperiencewithHRsystemsandMicrosoftOfficeSuite.
Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.
Highlyorganised/abletomultitask&prioritiseappropriately,whilstmaintainingaccuracy&focusondetail
Abletoworkonowninitiativeandbeateamplayer
StrongcustomerfocuswithanappreciationofthesensitiveinformationthatcomesthroughHR.Mustbediscreetandholdconfidentiality.
