About the role: As a Facilities Assistant, you will be the face of Ipsos, creating a welcoming and professional first impression for clients and visitors. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, reflecting our brand values of integrity, curiosity, collaboration, client-first attitude, and entrepreneurial spirit. This role is based in our central London office, 5 days per week. The shifts are 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm or 10am - 6pm. About You: Essential skills: Strong client-facing background in a fast-paced environment. A customer service focus. Experience in facilities management or a front of house role. Ability to work collaboratively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Desirable skills: Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills. Experience working as a receptionist or similar. Strong problem-solving abilities and a solutions-focused mindset. Proficiency in AI use and adoption to enhance day-to-day tasks. Audio visual experience.
