Your Impact
As UK Marketing Manager, you'll spearhead our market strategy and lead a dynamic team of Clinical Application Specialists and Marketing professionals. You'll be the driving force behind our brand's growth in the UK healthcare sector, creating compelling campaigns that resonate with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Leading Our Marketing Strategy
* Market Positioning: Shape and implement marketing plans specific to the UK market while aligning with global objectives. You'll work to make Mindray’s solutions stand out in the competitive landscape.
* Trend Analysis & Growth Opportunities: Research market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and develop strategies to tap into them.
* KOL Development: Collaborate with the team to develop a strategy for UK Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), building relationships with influencers in the healthcare field.
Team Leadership & Development
* Mentorship & Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of Clinical Application Specialists (CAS) and Marketing professionals. Manage resource allocation for installations and foster collaboration across departments (Marketing, Sales, Service).
* Training & Development: Develop and execute plans for team training and product knowledge enhancement, ensuring the team stays ahead of industry trends.
* Strategic Guidance: Provide clear strategic direction and work programs as part of the UK leadership team, ensuring open and effective communication within the teams.
Marketing Excellence
* Targeted Campaigns: Oversee marketing campaigns aligned with growth objectives, tailored to the UK healthcare market.
* Events & Exhibitions: Plan and execute exhibitions, congresses, and customer training events to showcase products effectively.
* Customer Sites: Establish and maintain successful customer sites for showcasing to potential clients, enhancing brand credibility and market position.
* Marketing Materials: Develop clear, compelling messaging through marketing materials that highlight the benefits of Mindray products.
Product Strategy & Innovation
* Product Launches: Collaborate with product teams to launch new equipment in the UK, ensuring smooth transition from development to customer use.
* Customer Insights: Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform product enhancements and innovations.
What We're Looking For
Healthcare Market Knowledge
* Expertise in NHS operations, procurement, and medical device marketing.
* Experience marketing Patient Monitoring, Anaesthesia, or Ventilation Capital equipment, including KOL strategy management.
* Proven success building relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals.
* Strong ability to translate market data into actionable strategies.
* Deep understanding of medical devices and translating technical features into customer benefits.
