Teaching a small class of pupils, you will deliver tailored lessons that support individual learning styles, emotional regulation, and holistic development. You will work closely with teaching assistants, therapists and senior leaders to provide a warm, structured, and engaging learning environment.

Ideal for: Qualified Teachers or ECTs with an interest in SENAs an SEN Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver personalised lessons that meet a variety of learning needs
Use creative strategies to support emotional regulation and engagement
Lead a small, supportive classroom team including SEN Tas
Implement individual learning and behaviour plans
