Agency Sales Manager – AdTech - London (Hybrid working) - 40-50k + Quarterly Incentives
I'm hiring on behalf of my client – a fast-growing AdTech business that's changing the way advertisers connect with premium video content on YouTube.
They're looking for an Agency Sales Manager to take a unique and highly effective video solution to market. It’s an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, start-up-style environment and knows how to navigate the media agency landscape with confidence.
What you’ll be doing:
* Build, grow, and manage relationships across key media agencies
* Work across departments – AV, digital, programmatic, comms planning, branded content, and more
* Take a consultative approach to selling, inspiring clients to partner and grow with you
* Hit and exceed quarterly revenue targets through smart, strategic engagement
* Own your pipeline and forecast with accuracy
* Be out in the market, meeting clients and delivering compelling pitches
What we're looking for:
* Experience in media sales, ideally within an agency-facing role
* A strong understanding of advertising solutions and the agency decision-making process
* Proven track record of building and converting pipeline into revenue
* Someone who enjoys the pace and opportunity of a start-up environment
* A confident communicator and team player with a positive, proactive attitude
* Skilled in pitching, presenting, and building long-term relationships
