Children are the focus of every decision made in school, where our dedicated team forms positive relationships in order to nurture personal and academic growth. We are privileged to be a part of Dudley Academies Trust, which enables both our staff and children to work alongside like-minded people to ensure that all children can reach their full potential. I have had the privilege of working with the children, staff and families of Blowers Green Primary since 2011, in my capacity as Deputy Head Teacher on the school's journey to being outstanding. I am extremely proud to have been appointed as Head Teacher in October 2021. We are a school that entrusts and empowers staff and families of the school community by providing a safe and nurturing environment for learning, which enables all children to achieve essential skills for life. Through our curriculum, which has been referred to as 'exceptional', creativity and entrepreneurial learning opportunities are created. We ensure that every day means something at Blowers Green Primary. We pride ourselves on our reflective Values Based education, which results in a friendly and considerate ethos. Our key values underpin our success, inspiring children, staff, families and directors to learn and grow together. We keenly promote the significance of parents as partners and recognise the importance of establishing strong relations. We understand that the health and safety of all our children is of paramount importance and our school provides a safe environment in which children can flourish. We are incredibly proud of our school and its achievements, most notably after securing a position in the top twenty percent of schools nationally for our end of key stage outcomes.
