Paralegal – Litigation

Our client is looking to recruit a capable and enthusiastic Litigation Paralegal to support their growing team. You'll be part of a supportive environment where your contribution is valued and your development is encouraged.
The Role: In this role, you’ll work closely with experienced solicitors on a broad range of plaintiff litigation matters—from personal injury and clinical negligence to general civil disputes. You’ll have the chance to take on real responsibility, helping to manage files, liaise with clients, and support the progression of cases through to resolution.
Typical Duties:
* Assisting with the management of litigation files
* Drafting letters, legal documents, and court forms
* Liaising with clients, counsel, and experts
* Gathering medical records, reports, and evidence
* Preparing case bundles and supporting court proceedings
* Keeping accurate file records and timelines up to date
Requirement:
* Previous paralegal experience in a litigation or plaintiff-focused role is ideal but all applications will be consideredalong with strong academics
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A proactive and professional approach to work
* Confident communicator with good client care skills
* Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
