We are looking for a Receptionist to join the Team at Lane Fox Remeo in Redhill. The Lane Fox Remeo Centre specialises in long-term respiratory support, both non-invasive ventilation and invasive ventilation, and in weaning patients from invasive mechanical ventilation.The Lane Fox Remeo Respiratory Centre continues to improve the way that complex respiratory patients and their families are supported on the journey from a critical care environment, returning home or to a long term facility. What you'll be working: Working 5 days a week 37.5 Hrs per week- Monday - Friday Monday to Friday onsite The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors to the REMEO Centre and will provide a comprehensive administrative support service. The post holder will be expected to be proactive in suggesting ideas for improved efficiency and performance, and to take the initiative both individually and for the team they support. The role will report into the Centre Manager. What you'll be doing: This role is front of house, public facing and would suite a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills, most notably: Written and verbal communication. Organisational skills, time management, attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Welcoming patients and visitors and show them the facilities and means of accessing the clinical area. Support of the outpatient clinics to include booking transport and liaising with the clinical team necessary. Liaising with the Administrator for consumable orders and deliveries. Manage the meeting rooms including bookings. To include electronic diary management. Accepting orders and post when delivered and arranging outgoing post and parcels. Maintain a neat and tidy reception area and ensure stocks are in place i.e. cups for the water dispenser, patient compliments cards etc. Manage contractors attending site working on the facility. Consider the health and safety of the service and building at all times. Signing in, CCTV, public on site. There will be a skills test for software packages Excel, Word, and Outlook. You must be confident to deliver excellent customer service and be prepared to act on your own initiative and have the skills to prioritise your workload. You will be working in a medical environment which has patients with severe long-term conditions. You will support the Centre Manager in co-ordinating all non-clinical services.
