YourRole as a Pharmacy Accuracy Checker
In theposition of Pharmacy Accuracy Checker you will:
* Conduct final checks on all dispensed medication ensuringcomplete accuracy and compliance with legal and professionalstandards.
* Work closely with pharmacists andpharmacy assistants to maintain a high level of safety andefficiency within the pharmacy.
* Providefeedback and guidance to pharmacy staff on dispensing practices tominimise errors.
* Keep uptodate with pharmacyregulations and standards to ensure all practices within thepharmacy comply.
* Assist in maintainingpharmacy records and documentation to support accurate dispensingand auditing processes.
* Contribute to thetraining and development of pharmacy staff regarding accuracy andbest practices in medicationdispensing.
Who is the IdealCandidate
We are looking for someonewith:
* A solid foundation in pharmacyknowledge preferably holding a pharmacy accuracy checkingqualification or equivalent experience.
* Provenexperience in a pharmacy setting with a strong focus on accuracyand safety.
* The ability to work meticulouslyunder pressure demonstrating high levels of concentration andattention to detail.
* Excellent communicationskills capable of delivering constructive feedback and training tocolleagues.

Working Hours& Benefits:
This role offers flexibleworking hours with the requirement to be available for shifts weekone Monday to Friday 8:30am 6pm week 2 Tuesday to Friday 8:30am 6pm& Saturday 8:30am 5:30pmensuring a healthy worklifebalance.
