Head of Finance - Chelmsford, Essex (Hybrid) - £Six figure package My client, a growing company in Chelmsford is hiring a hands-on Head of Finance to bring pace, grip and commercial edge to the finance function. This is a role for someone who likes to get stuck in, tighten the engine room, and partner the business as it scales - with real visibility at board level.
